Everything you need to know about photo day, your online gallery, and getting your order.
Before photo day
What should my child wear?
Full club uniform, as the club has asked. It's worth checking socks and laces before you leave — they show in the full-length portraits.
When do we need to arrive?
Your club will give you a time for your team. Please arrive a few minutes early, as teams run to a tight schedule and a late arrival can hold up the teams behind you.
Can I have a photo of my children together?
Yes. Sibling and family shots are taken during the club's session, so just let the photographer know when you arrive.
What if my child misses photo day?
Contact your club first. Some clubs arrange a catch-up session; others can't, depending on the schedule.
Are photos taken indoors or outdoors?
Indoors. We set up two camera stations at your club's venue — one for the team photo and one for individual portraits.
Finding your gallery
Why do I need to create an account?
To protect the children in the photos. Galleries aren't open to browse — an account means only families connected to the club can see the images, and it lets you track your order. Your details are never sold or shared.
I haven't received my gallery link.
Check your junk or spam folder first, as that's where it usually is. If it isn't there, your club may hold a different email address for you, so it's worth checking with them. Otherwise email us at office@puresportimages.com.au and we'll send it again.
How do I get to my gallery?
Go to orders.puresportimages.com.au and log in with the account you created. Your photos will be waiting there.
Can I look at the photos before creating an account?
No. For the same child-safety reason, there's no public preview.
I have more than one child playing — do I need separate logins?
No. Each child has their own gallery link, but once you've opened each link and logged in with the same account details, all your children appear under the one account.
I can only see last year's photos when I log in.
That usually means this season's gallery link hasn't been opened under your account yet. Open the link from this year's email while logged in and the new photos will appear alongside the old ones. If you don't have the link, email us.
What is a gallery code?
Each gallery has a short code at the end of its link. If you've lost the email, the code will get you there — just ask us for it.
My club has the wrong email address for me.
That's the most common reason a link doesn't arrive. Email us and we'll send it straight to you, then let your team manager know so the club's list is correct.
Choosing photos and backgrounds
How do I change the background on a portrait?
Click the portrait you want — a red box appears around it to show it's selected — then click your preferred background from the choices on the right.
When do I choose the background?
At the download or ordering stage, not before. You'll see the options once you've selected a photo.
Can I choose a different pose?
Yes. Each player is photographed in four standard poses, and you can pick whichever you prefer.
There's a watermark across the photos.
That's only on the previews shown on screen. Anything you buy — prints or digital files — comes through clean, with no watermark.
Packages and products
Can I swap the team photo that comes in my package?
Yes — the one shown isn't fixed. Open the package, go to the Group Photo 12x8" sheet, then in "My picture sets" on the left click "Insert image" on the photo you want, or drag it into the preview.
How do I order an extra team photo?
Order your pack first, then go to View All Products, choose Group Photo, select 8 x 12, and pick the photo you want.
How do trading cards work?
They come in sets of 18, all the same image.
Do you photograph games or action shots?
Not for club galleries. Our club photo days cover team photos and individual portraits only.
I only want the team photo, not a package.
You can buy the group photo on its own. Go to View All Products, choose Group Photo, then pick the size and the photo you want.
My child plays in two teams — how do I order both?
Both teams will appear in the gallery. Order from each team separately, using View All Products if you only want the group photo from one of them.
Digital downloads
Where are my digital files?
Log in at orders.puresportimages.com.au, go to Digital Portraits, then My Downloads.
Can I get a digital copy of the team photo?
No. We don't release digital files of team photos, because they show other people's children and we can't control where a shared file ends up. Team photos are available as prints.
Do I choose a background for my digital files?
Yes, at the download stage.
My downloaded files have a watermark on them.
The watermark only appears on the on-screen previews. Your purchased files are clean. If a file you've paid for has a mark on it, email us and we'll fix it.
How many times can I download them?
As many as you like. Your digital files stay linked to your account, and you can download them again with as many different backgrounds as you want.
I've already ordered prints — can I add digital files now?
Yes, at any time. Log in, go to View All Products, then Digital Portraits.
Ordering, delivery and timing
How long do I have to order?
Your gallery stays open — you can log in and order whenever suits. Discounted pricing runs for 21 days from the first time you log in, so it's worth having a look early even if you're not ready to buy.
How will my photos arrive?
Two ways. Club delivery is free: we send everything to your club in one batch and your team manager hands the orders out. This runs for 10 days after your club's gallery opens. Home delivery costs $7.95 per order and is available at any time.
How long until I get them?
Home delivery orders are in the post within two days of ordering. Club orders go out together once the 10-day window closes, so your team manager will have them shortly after that.
I ordered after the 10-day club window — where do my photos go?
Straight to you by home delivery, for $7.95. Once club delivery has closed for your club, that's the only way we can get them to you.
If something's wrong
My order arrived damaged or isn't right.
Email office@puresportimages.com.au with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll sort it out.
A name is spelled wrong on the team photo.
Email us with the correct spelling and we'll fix it and post out a replacement. Names come from the club's team lists, so it's worth telling your team manager too, so it's right for next time.
I've ordered and want to add something.
Email us and we'll do what we can. If it's within the 10-day window we can usually get it into the club delivery with the rest.
My order hasn't arrived.
Check with your team manager first, as club orders sometimes arrive packed together or sit with another family's. If it's still missing, email us your postal address and we'll put a reprint in the post.
I'm not happy with my child's photos.
Tell us what's wrong. Every pose we took is in the gallery, so there may be one you haven't seen, and we'd rather hear from you than have you order something you don't love.
How do I contact you?
Email office@puresportimages.com.au or call 0494 815 526.
I'd like to stop receiving these emails.
Reply to any of our emails and ask, and we'll remove your details.
